Symbols and logos.

Symbolism is the usage of an image to represent something without words,
something that is pretty universally understood, like Biohazards, or Radioactive substances.

Logos are different, they still convey the same message, but
typically represent products, services and brands, rather than
universal concepts. This is the logo of the internet browser
"Mozella Firefox"
The logo looks like it ought to fit the company, given that the fox wraps around the globe and the bright colors emphasize speed and reliability, much like the internet they provide.

Logos and symbols share many of the same qualities, their simplicity makes them easily recognizable and easy to remember. This is because they are in their nature, the same. The only difference being that logos are privately owned, patented and restricted. While symbols can be used by anybody, for free!

There is quite a bit of value in learning logo design. Many companies pay thousands, even millions of dollars to artists who can design eye-catching and memorable logos for their corporations and products. Creating your own logo can have the same effects on things that you create and tag with your logo. It makes your product easily recognizable and memorable, and lets people know what's yours in the hopes they may look for your product instead of others.

There are quite a few logos out there, and some are more eye catching than others. But it varies from person to person.

This is the german Volkswagon logo, and that can easily be seen
in the logo, a simple 'V' and 'W' character stacked on top of each other. Volkswagon is german for "The people's car" And so, it is fitting as both the logo and products are of simple, yet sturdy nature.

This logo comes from the popular art hosting website, DeviantArt. Allowing people to share their art to the internet. Art in all forms comes through this site, ranging from canvas paintings, to digital fan art. The logo is only the letters 'D' and 'A' and they are depicted in an offbeat and slanted font, representing the website's well, Deviance!

Here is a web of my notable traits when it come to art, and looking at other types of art.
