Logo- is a design that represents a brand or person to link everything to them. Its personalized and tailored to the person or brand that it represents.
The difference between logos and symbols is that a symbol represents a meaning and a purpose more than a logo which i believe stands as more of something to recognize a brand or person by. A logo would represent a food brand, and a symbol would represent a country or religion.
I believe that this logo portrays the Vans company very well because of its simplicity and that really shows in their shoes, very simple but unique.
This logo represents nasa very well, it has a scene of space on it which portrays their actual purpose and the red stripe which kinda reminds one of a rocket going into space.
The Youtube logo is very simple but modern, the why they use the negative space in the red box to write the word "Tube". The red box reminds a person of a TV, but youtube is on the internet so its kinda showing how its the new TV and in a way it has become a new source of entertainment.
