I found the hands drawn out in this image and knew I wanted them holding something, so I decided to make an image of people being created. The montage took longer than I had hoped, but it turned out well

Richner Montage

I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do when I first started my montage. I added all of the brighter type images first and felt that the montage needed more. So I then layered the unicorn over them to create more of a whimsical feeling and added fireworks as well, but they're really pale so they are really just giving the pic more depth. I didn't have too much trouble creating it.

This is one of my home projects in it isn't compatible with Maya so ill just post pics of it from my house

Assignment for September 23, 2011

Today you will be working in Photoshop. Your first goal is to finish your Photomontage and any other missing assignments in my class. Once this is completed I would like you to complete a tutorial from one of the websites below. The goal of today is to explore Photoshop by trying out filters, effects and other cool techniques. This will help you with your next assignment of creating a better CD package design or Illustration. Even if you don’t completely finish a tutorial I want to see what you created by posting it to the blog. To do this you will go to File > Save for Web and Devices > Choose Jpeg > Save > Desktop and title the work > Post to the blog.

Please help each other out and I will be back on Monday. Have a great weekend!

I did this pretty much just by random i found a pretty forest and thought of fairies and went from there.

I don't know what it's necessarily about. I guess it's about, "Dang nature, you scary" . The people are very small in the image while the animals and trees are significantly larger. But people are still going out and doing it. I don't really know. Whatever. There's a unicorn in the background.

Well why i have wolf ears and a tail is because it's my persona on this website i go on. The white wolf because i love wolves and the heart because well i dont know it kinda fit i guess.....and the rest was i dont know looked cool

To tell the truth this was inspiration free (except the raptor and cross hail raptor Jesus!) I just made a huge pile of random bull crap and made a exploding watermelon, it does look good though

I really like how this turned out. It's a lot cooler then I thought it was going to be. I didn't really have inspiration I just went with it, and the more i added the more ideas it gave me.

This is my Mounted Mecha-spider! It took me 1 day. I just picked the images i thought were cool and stuck them together.

I didnt really have an inspiration, i just created whatever my mind came up with. I put Charlie from Its Always Sunny In Philadelphia because he is my favorite character.

Photomontage!

I am doing another project involving surrealism. I wanted to incorporate things that can be in a desert, but not in the middle of it randomly all at once. I had to redo a lot of things because I wasn't happy with some images I wanted in there or the shadows were not correct. All in all it was a fun practice.

Devin Photomontage

I chose to make a dog park because I love pets. I have lived with dogs all my life. I love every dog I have ever owned. I have owned every dog in this picture. The dogs aren't really mine I just have owned every breed in this picture. I what to own a dog park some day, so that I can play with all of the puppies and big dogs.

Logo

I made the "Terror Squad" logo for the starting defensive lineman on the football team.  We are one of the best in the state and we call ourselves Terror Squad.  This all started in wrestling, because all but one of us are upper-weight wrestlers.

This is my photo shop art, I did this because I thought that it would be unquek if people from earth discovered another planet with life, and civilizations on it. So I showed that hear.

Montage

I made this montage like this because, I just wanted to make it kind of look like what it would if it was real. I also tried to make it random when I was adding the pictures. It was an interesting project. I liked being able to put what I wanted on it. This project was fun. I will use this again in the future.

I am pretty happy about how my photo montage turned out. It may look like I only have 6 pictures but the sky in the background used to be just blue . My Photo montage doesn't really make any since but that is whats fun about doing this.

Seattle Dreams

I've always wanted to go to Seattle, so that was one main inspiration. I like pictures that are all nonsense, but go together, so I tried to recreate that. These pictures were all picked at random because I thought they all looked interesting.

This project was very interesting and fun to do. I like being able to choose images and place them on a background to make a random picture. I will use this in the future.

When I did this... I guess I was kinda feeling lost in the world or something. So it has some meaning to it. The girl trying to find her both and it's blocked by the mystery being. So ya. There's your story to it. :)
And during this whole thing I had no troubles! It was actually really easy YAY!

DL: Mt. Kraken Photo Montage

I wanted to come up with something original. I had an idea for a song called "Mt. Kraken" and I thought that it was a good enough song that I should make a poster of it. I did the best I could to come up with something realistic, but ended up becoming a giant man-shaped anthill. But, hey! It's original and I think it's awesome!

This is the final of Stewie Sauron. I really like how it came out.

It took me 2 class periods to do this. Some of the guys in class helped me with the idea.

I chose to do laxatives because in my design, I had the idea of smooth move. Elmore came up and said smooth? Like laxatives? So I ended up doing a logo for "Smooth Move Laxatives". I chose to do a cup and something "smooth" coming out. Hence, the goopy "Smooth Move" coming out of the cup. I chose green because it's the color of slime and I chose the cup to be red-purple color because it's the opposite of green.

cody logo

I chose this banner as my logo, cause you can't get or see anything like the stars and outdoors in the city, but alot of the city is outdoors. If your a football junky you dont have to worry bout missing the game when your camping, cause you can just watch it in our rec. building. Also alot of the fun activities that you can do in the city can also be done while camping. If you wanna go paintballing, you can in the paintball arena.

Alohhaaaa.

I love the beach, surfing, relaxing and playing in the sand during my summer vacations. Its starting to get pretty chilly so why not create the place i'd like to be most? :)

I chose to do this logo because, I had nothing else to chose. I like clothes and I figured I'd do a local store. The reason it is the way it is though is because, I liked the idea of having the clothing hanger in it. But, also I wanted it to be simple looking. But, yep that's why I chose this one.

I choose to make a racquet company because I like tennis. I chose the the font simply because I liked it and it was something unique and different.(not to mention it just looks plain awesome!) I chose to do darker colors because it contrasted the name, being 'light'. I just used gradation on a whim and liked how it looked.

I was actually very late to start this assignment.I was working on my Sangehelli(that I never finished :( ) when Mr.Elmore said we have to finish our logos and I didn't even start mine! So I popped open illustrator and thought weapons,so I made my name out of weapons the end ....Crappy Story Eh?

The reason why I created this logo is because my middle name is James, my lucky number is 5 and my last reason why I chose this logo this way because I like to basketball.

Shays logo

Hard.....but i loved making this! This is how I sign all my drawings so it's a personal thing I guess... what it is is my initials S.R. then 11 for the year 2011. Ya not that complex I know but I like it. Oh! Ya I like checker patterns a lot and the colors blue, black, and white so that's it has them all on there :3

McKenna Logo

I chose the musical notes for my M because music is a big part of my life. I think a trebel clef looks sort of like a G so I added it to the little part of it that hangs down. I wanted to keep the logo simple.

this logo was really inspired by origami but then i didnt think it looked like paper so i started playing with effects it eventually became this still looks cool kind of like old b&w film

Ingles Logo

In the creation of this logo I was inspired by a car show I often watch. Since most of the cars I like a German made I decided to have the company be a German company. After some deliberation I decided on the name Schnel which means quick in German. From there I picked out notable parts of cars that could be used as letters and created my logo.

my inspiration for my logo is i always liked writing things in different way like how i did this in a Japanese sorta way. the Godzilla is because its one of my favorite movies.

       I was inspired to use this font for my logo by my interests in music. The color theme of the letters was inspired by what I view as my over all personality, I'll leave you to draw your own conclusions. The bright and fluidic back ground was truthfully just so I  could just have a background.
