Kailey's Logo

I chose to make my logo a cake because, I actually make a variety of cakes as a hobby/business. I could actually use the logo as something that would appear on a business card etc. The simplicity will make it easier to use and read if it were actually in use.

My logo

I made this logo the way it is because, I tried to copy the font off Nike and my favorite color is blue. Basketball is my favorite sport so I turned the "O" into a basketball.

Belser Logo

My logo is a record company logo with a volume knob in the middle. I was inspired to make this logo because I love guitar and music. I used records for music and the volume knob for guitar. I took me a while to come up with an Idea for my logo but I finally to put a volume knob that goes to 11 instead of 10 in the middle of records.

I was inspired by how beautiful calligraphy can be and thought it would be cool to show the pen still writing. I also really like how fountain pens look. However I chose this design because it was very simple and looked clean.

Billy's logo

The way that I came up with this logo is that my last name ice McCain. I also like ice hockey thus the hockey sticks. the icicle's represent the ice I play on in winter.

My inspiration to design this logo was due to the fact that I love sports so i wanted to do something that related to me the most. I have played sports since I could walk, if not before so an athletic store, to me felt like it fit me the best.

Assassins Creed Requiem

I chose to make this logo because i love assassins creed. I hope they don't abruptly stop making assassins creed. So i thought of not just a logo to make, but to make a logo of a new assassins creed game. A game where you chose a side as you progress through the game. So i have sent my desing to Ubisoft and hope they take my idea into consideration

This is something I've been doing in my spare time. Had a lot of fun. Started out as just a drawing then I took a picture put it on the computer and imported it into AI and traced it. Everything is done with Pen tool. :D

Devin Logo

The reason I decided to do this design was it represents me in different ways. I wasn't able to draw ever when I was younger. When I took art 1 I got better at it. This design shows how far I have come. This also shows all the different edges of my personality. That is why I made this idea my logo design.

Ok. So my inspiration for this Logo of mine was...Well. My imagination. 
I love bright different colors and lady bugs. Also just odd shapes and designs.
Now the black goop dripping form it. It's ink.
Ink is the main thing I work with when it comes to art so it's kind of my signature I guess you could say. The rest of it is just random stuff I made up. :)

Steambot

I chose the name steam bot because I wanted to make something technology related because my last logo was death related. I wanted to do something different, as for steam I thought it would be kinda cool. The reason that he is eating chocolate is that originally the logo was suppose to be metal (Iron Giant), but I thought it looked kinda bland so I made it chocolate. Do you like chocolate?

Munsey logo

I chose my last name because thats what everyone calls me by and the treble clef is for my interest in music and somewhat resembles a G. The coffee mug is my strong love for coffee. I did the coloring because it was kinda boring black and the tie dye look kinda fits me.

This is my pixel art called "Razar: Defender Of Peace." Hopefully, I can be able to create a retro-style game with this character in the future.

Today you will be working on your logo design. If you are finished with the logo assignment your next task is to try and complete a Photoshop tutorial from one of the links below. You may choose any tutorial, I just ask that you save a .jpg of your progress and post it onto the blog at the end of class.

A lot of stuff happened in Japan this past year and one of my favorite bands did a song for Japanese Relief so I made a logo based off of origami and the song.

Last week i started working on this pixel character. This is the final product.
I got this idea because i had drawn a bucket and had noticed that the opening had an eye like shape to it, so i had drawn an eye in it, and i realized that the drawing would look much more unique if the eye being pored out of the bucket.
