- André Breton: I see a pair of legs made of house hold items.
Max Ernst: I think it is a chicken man made out of cans on a farm land.
Salvador Dali: I see an effect that the clocks are melting in the desert heat.
- 1910’s and early 20’s along with WW1
- the surrealist art movement occurred partially because of WW1 and that some artist began questioning there reality and painted things from dreams
- Eastern countries like Europe and France.
- It is important to have imagination so that we can make new things unlike if we didn’t nothing would get made.
