I modled this tea pot in class. The only thing I really did any choosing on was the color, and so I choose the color white because i liked the way it made it stand out.

You are now going to model 3 different objects for the prop model resources folder. When you are finished with each model you will create a new folder containing the Maya file and a screen capture of the model. You will then place this folder into the prop model resource folder. Also take you screen capture and post it to the blog.

I'm feeling a little bit more confident with Maya now, although it definitely isn't my favorite. It's amazing all the different things you can make out of squares. I had a little bit more fun with the Teapot than the cup.

Why does the computer keep making my sentences a clickable link to nothing?! Anyway, I've tried doing the cup, but it didn't turn out right so I decided to practice on Maya to get use to the program. After doing all the "basics" this is what I've created. A prototype spaceship titled the "Mohawk M-86 Fighter" from the year 8076. A little creative science fiction for you all.
