Lesson 2 - After the invention of Sketchpad
After the development of Ivan Sutherland's Sketchpad in 1962, it opened a user-friendly computer graphic software that anyone could use. This allowed the every day Joe to be able to manipulate and create virtual imagery. It was from this moment on that enables us to create the artwork and graphics we can today.

The first digital artists were scientist from the 1950's until 1962. The only artists that were able to create digital graphics during this period worked alongside scientist who programed the software.

Three Cats

The cats in this picture from left to right are Dovewing, Lionblaze, and Jayfeather. Dovewing is the youngest, and has the ability to hear and see things that are far away. Lionblaze and Jayfeather are brothers. Lionblaze can never be hurt in a battle, and Jayfeather is blind, but can see in his dreams and can walk in the dreams of others.
