A photo montage is a structure of objects/figures that creates a smoother surface. A photo collage is many smaller images that are organized to create a larger image.
Copyright infringement is when copyrighted work is publicly showed, reproduced, or distributed without the notice of the copyright owner. Royalty-free images are much better to use than any other image on the internet because you are free to use copyrighted material with having to royalties or license fees.
