Inspirational Logos

Google's choice in logo design is just having their company name be the logo but with colored letters. This design is easy to do and successfully represents Google by being simple and easy to understand, which is what it wants for the sites it owns.

The gas company Shell's logo is literally a shell, just like the companies name. This design is good because the shell shape is very recognizable to most people and seeing this logo automatically puts the words "shell" into my head. So it is advertising itself with it's own logo without shoving the words down your throat.

 The Pringles' logo has created a mascot that has made it recognizable pretty much anywhere in the U.S. The idea of creating a simple and easy to remember mascot is a very good way to advertise your company very cheaply and very effectively.

Symbolism is the art of using an art or a word to represent an idea.
A logo can enhance a company's image and give it an advantage over it's company.

Logos are mainly a used for company's to stand out from other company's while symbols are used as a symbolic representation of something. Logos usually have lettering in them while symbols are just a shape.

It is very valuable to learn how to create my own logo because if I were to create my own company I would without a doubt need to make a cool logo that represents what the company does.

The hyundai logo successfully portrays the company because it has a nice look to it, it's easy to tell which company it is, and it looks really good on  their cars 

The Genesis logo successfully portrays the company because it easy very easy to tell what it is and it looks very cool.












The Tuscani logo successfully portrays the company because it clearly says what it is so people will know it's tuscani and it looks really cool especially on the tuscani elisa car.

We the people of the NCHS Computer Assisted Art Class, will work through all troubles by making unique ideas and concepts through the aid of each other before Mr. Elmore.

 How Symbolism Works

      Symbolism started in the 19th century as a way to visually represent an abstract idea using an object, action, person, place or word. Such as rain.  Depending upon its level of severity, rain may serve as life-giving or life-destroying.

 How Logos Work

       Logos are a graphic mark that  is commonly used by commercial businesses. To have an effective logo it should be simple, memorable, timeless, versatile, and appropriate. to have a very effective logo it should be in vector format and appropriate for whatever your business represents.

Similarities Between Logos and Symbolism

Some similarities between the two is symbolism is trying to portray an object as where a logo portrays an object to sell a product.

I thought this was a good logo because it involves the animals in the word and it has bright colors that pop, grabbing your attention.

I thought this was also a good logo because the image portrays the name of the company.
